Hotel Pick-Up Times
 
 

We provide hotel pick-up and drop-off for many of our tours.  If you clicked on the link for Free Hotel Pick-Up from the web page for the tour you want to take, we pick up from the hotels listed below for this tour.  Times are shown below for the 9 am tours and the 2 pm tours.  If your hotel is not listed, you may either go to one of these hotels to be picked up, or you may come to our office near Fisherman's Wharf.

Your tour confirmation email will confirm the pick-up time and hotel.  Your tour confirmation and e-ticket will also include a phone number to call 24 to 48 hours prior to the tour to confirm the pick-up time and location (which entrance at the hotel we pick-up from).

Please Note:  We do not pick up from any hotels that are not on this list. The pick-up times are subject to change without notice, so ALWAYS check with the tour operator 24 to 48 hours prior to the tour to confirm the pickup time and location. n/a indicates pickup not available.

Special Note: The return for most hotels on most tours is immediately following the tour. Golden Gate Bridge and Sausalito tours, however, only have one return daily - at 5:30 pm. Hotels in the vicinity of the "airport" in South San Francisco, Millbrae, Burlingame, and Brisbane are too far away from our base in San Francisco to make this possible. There is no "airport" pick-up available for the Yosemite tour. On Wine Country and Monterey tours, guests from "airport" hotels will be dropped off at the end of the tour. But, on the San Francisco City Tours and Muir Woods Tours, "airport" hotels have only one return at 5:30 pm from Fisherman's Wharf (corner of Beach and Powell); these are noted by "5:30" in the "Special Return" column on the list below. Golden Gate Bridge and Sausalito tours only have a morning pick-up from the airport hotels. Alcatraz Tours do not have a hotel return as the Alcatraz tour is open-ended, but customers ending their tour with Alcatraz may use this 5:30 pm return from Fisherman's Wharf. A surcharge for pick-ups and returns from the "airport" hotels has been added to the prices of those tours. The hotels highlighted in yellow are the only Airport area hotels where pick-up is available.
